We do not share your data. Ever.
When you fill out a free estimate request, that information is completely confidential and is not shared. We do retain the right to use photos of the work we do on your property in our promotional materials without compensating you – read more in Section P of our full warranty and terms.
How long we retain your data
We retain the information from free estimates requests for the period of time necessary to follow-up with you. If we continue to work with you, we will retain your contact information in our confidential records permanently so we can track any service guarantee issues. If we do not complete work for you, we delete your information within 1 year so we can track annual statistics.
